The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a great team and successful business. Reporting to the Officer Manager, this position will have a significant amount of autonomy and combines the coordination of administration and office systems to ensure the smooth operation of the business. 

The role will include: 

  • Providing general office administrative tasks.
  • Reconciling accounts and creating and running reports using MYOB.
  • Development and preparation of key documentation for project deliverables and ordering and purchasing equipment for projects.
  • Working with the team to continually improve business processes, procedures and systems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an office environment and be capable of working autonomously. Experience with the use of MYOB will be highly regarded and formal administration qualifications will be a bonus. You will be a hands-on, organised, practical individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a customer focussed approach, and have a sound understanding of OH&S obligations. You will also be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel. 

As a key member of the team, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly and approachable outlook and high levels of integrity.  You will have a demonstrated ability to manage and organise work in a systematic, accurate and timely manner, with exceptional attention to detail.
