About the role

UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance division currently has a vacancy for a Project Coordinator - Maintenance & Services to join the team at our maintenance facility based in Bassendean, Perth. This role will be offered on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the role of a Project Coordinator - Maintenance & Services is to organise and manage various overhaul and maintenance activities through the phases of Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Closure of work and/or services that are controlled by the UGL Bassendean site to meet customer expectations.

About you

  • Previous experience in a heavy maintenance or production environment
  • Experience with in a rail environment with in a rail environment would be highly desired
  • Exposure to SAP and Primavera is highly desired
  • Mechanical or Electrical trade background would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in using Excel at intermediate level.
