We are currently recruiting for a Service Continuity Specialist to work within one of Australia's Iconic brands.

The Role

The Service Continuity Specialist manages the co-ordination, analysis and integration of Business and IT Service Continuity activities, to ensure that the appropriate levels of resilience are in place for our client's various services. You will work closely with IT senior leadership team and the business to ensure IT Service Continuity processes are aligned with all corporate processes and that awareness programs and training is in place for all staff to manage a critical event.

Other Duties Will Include But Not Limited To

  • Support teams to ensure development of Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs)
  • Business owners to secure business recovery requirements
  • Project managers to ensure continuity requirements are built during project phase
  • Group Risk to ensure alignment with Business Continuity policy and framework

And Experience Required
  • 3-5 years relevant industry experience in a similar role in complex IT and servce environments
  • Knowledge and experience of Business/Service Continuity processes and IT Service Management
  • ITIL v3 Foundation
