About the Position:

City Works are seeking a Leading Hand join our enthusiastic and dynamic pool cleaning team. This position is critical in providing the community with high quality services of our Ocean Pools.

The primary purpose of this role is to:

  • Lead a team in the maintenance and cleaning of Council’s rock pools and as part of a dynamic and adaptable team;
  • Ensure best possible practices are followed in the maintenance and cleaning of the City’s rock pools; and
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to project and promote Council as efficient, effective and courteous.
As this position requires manual tasks and labouring duties, applicants should be suitably fit to undertake the duties as outlined in the job description. As part of the assessment process applicants may be asked to do a practical assessment.
