A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service advisor / Senior Advisor to join our company as a 2IC.

Norris Motor Group has been in operation for the last 35 years and today is one of Queensland Largest privately owned and operated Motor Dealer Group's.

Brendale Hyundai, Kia, Isuzu Ute and now LDV is the Latest Addition to this successful business.

This is a permanent full time position, 5 days a week. No Weekend work so great work / lifestyle balance.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining our very strong CSI position with all Manufacturers. Ongoing Manufacture training with the opportunity to rise to the level of Master Advisor/Service Manager.

4 Manufacturers so challenging but rewarding. Great products and brands to deal with. You will report to the Service Manager on a daily basis and plan the workload as well as manage all front counter staff. Both retail and Warranty policies must be adhered to. This will ensure customer satisfaction.

We are an award winning company for customer Service and we were Dealer of the year for Hyundai in 2020.

You?re Attributes:

Be confident in your abilities and be able to manage staff and customer issues.

Be a good communicator and have great admin capabilities. Be able to think on your feet to solve problems and find solutions. Follow Manufacturer guidelines and Warranty processes.

Offer a high level of customer service to ensure CSI and other key performance indicators are achieved.
