About the role:


The Service Advisor is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, by ensuring that each customer’s needs are managed from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating customer service appointments, liaising with customers on estimated completion times, and confidently and accurately communicating with each customer. You will be passionate about accuracy in every aspect of your work, and ensuring customers are provided with an exceptional experience.


About you :

To be successful in your new role you will have/be:

  • Committed to providing an excellent customer experience with every customer interaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
