About the role:
The Motorama Pre Delivery department is seeking an Interpreter who will need to ensure customer satisfaction across our internal dealerships by being efficient, accurate and cheerful in handling our Sales departments orders and request in a timely manner. This role requires an individual to have exceptional customer service skills.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Provide a high level of customer service through accurate, timely and courteous handling of customer enquires.
  • Maximise sales of parts and accessories to our Internal customers
  • Obtain payment for all goods in accordance with Motorama's trading terms and conditions
  • Maintain average gross profits in accordance with Dealership policy.
  • Provide a high level of service to all our customers.
Essential attributes:
  • Previous Interpreting experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Some technical knowledge of vehicles
  • Enjoy working in a small team environment which is fast paced
  • Experience with Pentana ERA DBS an advantage.
