JOB DESCRIPTION

Be part of an industry-leading automotive apprenticeship program with Nissan. As a car lover, you go beyond simply loving to drive - you are curious about how things work and you are passionate to learn. You view the automotive trade as a career, not just a job.

Joining a family owned and operated dealership, the successful candidate will receive world-class training through TAFE Queensland and learn from a team of experienced Nissan Technicians. With a long and proud history in the automotive world, this is the perfect entry-level position into light vehicle mechanics.

About the Role:

  • Accelerated apprenticeship program, with the ability to complete apprenticeship in 3 years
  • Complete specialised Nissan training through their online learning academy
  • Obtain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology upon completion
  • Assist qualified Tech's in diagnosing and servicing light vehicles
  • Maintain clean, tidy & safe working areas
  • Receive fully reimbursed TAFE fees, and free PPE
  • This role is full-time, paid at award rate

About You:

  • Passionate about becoming a successful automotive technician
  • Committed to an apprenticeship, including studies at TAFE
  • Strong communication skills
  • Current, valid Driver’s License is essential
