POSITION

A Branch Manager / Parts Manager position in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne has now become available.

Any Managers currently or have had prior experience within the parts background of any kind such as Automotive, Capital Equipment or Agriculture are encouraged to apply.

This is also a perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager / 2IC or Senior Spare Parts Interpreter with prior management or leadership experience who is looking for the next step in their career towards upper management!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and motivate fellow employees
  • Oversee the perofrmance of the Branch
  • Provide knowledge and expertise within Spare Parts
  • Daily banking requirements, including debtor control
  • Inventory management
  • Understanding and management of budgets for store operations
  • Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

  • Branch / Store / Parts Management experience within the Automotive, Capital Equipment or Agricultural Industries either current or previous
  • Leadership qualities and the desire to grow within an organisation
  • Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
  • High presentation & attention to detail
