We have an opportunity for a Regional Lead - Facilities and Security Manager to be responsible for the effective day to day coordination of facilities and security activities across our Victorian Sites. This role will also see you the interpret, recommend and advise aspects of workplace, security, health and safety regulations and company policies

Reporting to the National Operations Facilities Manager, the Regional Lead will be responsible for managing building facilities operations across a region with excellent customer service skills.

They will:

  • Support safe and engaging workspaces which support collaborative and innovative work.
  • Work with the Leidos security section to ensure new facilities and existing ones achieve and maintain the appropriate security accreditation.
  • Manage maintenance of company facilities, real property and equipment at a level commensurable with design criteria and projected facility use.
  • Monitor energy management operations, building and grounds management, and construction and rearrangement program requirements from project initiation to construction completion to ensure job and cost performance adhere to design and build requirements.
  • Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
