Full Job Description
Our client, a leading Australian supplier of materials handling equipment is looking for an experienced and energetic Service Co-Ordinator.

In this role you will be the key point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to the servicing and repairs of equipment. You will be accountable and responsible for the scheduling of technicians and/or sub-contractors while reporting back to the customer within agreed time frames.

Specific Responsibilities:
Accountable for all customer equipment servicing and breakdown scheduling for technicians within your area
Engage subcontractors to carry out breakdown repairs when necessary
Proactively contact customers to book scheduled servicing and maintenance repairs prior to technician attendance
Proactively work with technicians to ensure all WIP is completed within reasonable time frames
Develop, maintain and grow customer relationships
Adhere to our clients OHS Policies and Procedures all time

As an ideal candidate you will possess:
Strong time management, scheduling, administration and customer service skills
Ability to converse with customers and technicians
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trades / mechanical/ service scheduling environment
Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
High level of competency on Microsoft suite (Excel and Word)
Minimum year 12 or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude / interest highly regarded
Knowledge of BasePlan highly regarded

In return you will receive:
Full time Mon - Fri, 38 hours / week. Rostered between 7am - 7pm
