What You'll Be Doing In Your New Role

In your new role, no two days will be the same.When the need arises, you will be helping the Smoke Technician team by completing smoke alarm service jobs that are at risk of being cancelled, and when not completing smoke alarm service jobs, you will be undertaking other tasks such as providing support to smoke alarm technicians and actioning administration tasks directed by the Business.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Presentprofressionally with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable in using modern technology such as tablets & applications
  • Solid time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to understand the Building Code of Australia in relation to Smoke Alarms for practical application
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to use equipment such as ladders and hand tools
  • Display a safety-orientated focus and risk aversion
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to solve problems and offer solutions
