We are looking for a skilled Barista to support our Burleigh Heads café. By the use of your enthusiasm and previous experience will allow to secure a causal ongoing role!

What will make you the ideal candidate:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a barista
• High quality barista skills, timing shots, knowledge of adjusting grinders, and latte art
• All drinks service, including teas, chai etc.
• General back of house cleaning
• End of shift cleaning of machine and bar

Skills and experience:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a barista
• Attention to detail, high quality of work, and customer focused 
• Must have prior experience working as a Barista within a fast-working environment
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and team work
