About the role…

The position of Service Technician is responsible for providing an efficient and high standard of tool repair and providing technical support to dealers, repair agents and end users.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Meeting the required repair turnaround times
  • Maintaining the Service Centre KPIs
  • Providing solutions to technical questions raised by the end user/repair agent/dealer

About you…

You will have:

  • An interest in learning technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Experience in delivering high level customer service
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
