Apprentice Fitter Machinist, CNC

About the business and role:

A diverse company involved with most industries. From concept, design, manufacturing and installation of special purpose machinery to CNC machining an fabrication to customer requirements.

Job tasks and responsibilities: 

We will begin with basic workshop knowledge, if you are a keen learner and want to advance, we can adapt the training to suit. Tasks can include cutting materials, CNC machine tool setup and running automated machinery.

To succeed i this roll you will need:

Have a current drivers licence and preferably your own transport

- The ability to work well in a team environment 

- Be punctual, hardworking and reliable

- excellent communication skills 

- a strong work ethic

- be able to learn and apply new techniques

- to attend TAFE and complete all required assessments towards the final qualification

You will be working with qualified tradesmen who will offer training and instruction each day.

We are encourage all ages to apply and we are happy to offer a mature age apprenticeship if required.
