A local farm is seeking the services of a Farm Labourer to work in the Caboolture region and is expected to commence ASAP. This position will suit someone who has had previous as a farm hand with previous mechanical experience.

Applicants must be available to work across 7 days depending on weather conditions and market demand, you must have your own reliable transport, by physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Our farm hands are guided by the farm managers, on general farm hand duties related to row crop horticulture farming. Over time, as you develop, your duties will expand, and there will be opportunity for you to grow in the role and within the business.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Ground preparation
• Crop tendering
• Assisting the farm manager
• The setup of irrigation
• Equipment maintenance

This position will be paid at an hourly rate as per the Horticulture Award.
