Key accountabilities

· Manage and control budgets for all projects

· Identify, process and match invoices to respective projects

· Provide expert advice to customers and clientele on all aspects of construction and sales

· Be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of home renovations and strata maintenance issues by making appropriate proposals to meet changing situations

· Co-ordinate the set up and management of restorations to homes or strata by scheduling and assigning employees, contractors, subcontractors and following up on project results

· Ensure customer availability at evenings or weekends

· Provide quality advice to all stakeholders by promoting satisfaction and services

· Handling inquiries, eliminating doubt that may arise from customers in a precise and concise manner

· Seek out new opportunities for company’s growth

· Promote the Company in a positive and professional manner

Knowledge, skills and experience

· Controls and co-ordinates all aspects of the sales and marketing surroundings

· Extensive knowledge in building trade, maintenance experience and remedial building works

· Organise and advise on the development of new business opportunities

· Work in a customer focused environment

· Effective communication and customer service skills

· Excellent time management skills, self motivated and ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure

· Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness whilst on the job site

· Knowledge of health and safety requirements and responsibilities

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Outstanding negotiation and administration skills

· Able to deal with customers in a positive and constructive way

· Able and willing to work evenings and weekends when required

· Qualification or demonstrated experience in bricklaying, hands-on in building requirements and sales marketing

The interview process will include a practical demonstration and the following questions

· Detail your experience in the sales role pertaining to the building industry

· Do you have a current Police check for employment

· Do you have a current driver’s license

· Do you have a motor vehicle to utilise on-call, when necessary

· Demonstrate your practical knowledge and understanding of the use of various trade tools and computer databases
