We are seeking x2 experienced and dedicated Security Officers who have strong attention to detail and customer service experience to join the team out at Bondi Westfield, working evenings and overnight. Hourly rates will vary, as evening shifts are a flat rate of $27.08 per hour and overnight shifts are a flat rate of $27.84 per hour.

Job Description

With various positions on offer, you will be required to adjust quickly to change, being responsible for high levels of customer service and actively observing the complex. We're looking for security guards that can follow process and think on their feet, liaising with the public and being adaptable to change.

To complement this, the site has numerous opportunities for the successful candidates to grow and develop their skills in the security industry, expanding their career progression into skills like our control room. The successful candidates will need to be available to work evenings and overnight.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Current Security Licence
• First Aid certificate
• Previous experience in a Retail Environment preferred
• Impeccable presentation
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters across all 7 weeknights
• Work as part of a team
• Great communication skills
