We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Total Asset Management (TAM) team in our Perth office. Reporting to the TAM Leader - Central West, you will provide technical support to all TAM sites across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia.

Due to the area of responsibility there will be travel required by this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Servicing and maintaining Honeywell security and BMS systems.
Configuring and repairing all security related systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, biometrics, mobile duress systems, perimeter detection systems, intercom).
Remotely diagnosing and repairing issues from the Perth based Remote Operating Centre.
Remotely directing local subcontractors and Honeywell personnel to resolve issues on site.
Remotely deploying software and configuring Honeywell Systems.
Financial control in line with previously agreed budgets and plans.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison and the delivery of value.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
A relevant trade certificate or technical qualification.
Experience installing and maintaining building controls and security systems.
Familiarity with working across both office and site locations.
While not essential, previous experience coordinating contractors will be viewed favourably.
