JOB DESCRIPTION

Vegetable grower and processor supplying major national retailers and export customers throughout S.E. Asia and the Middle East.

  • Minimum 6+ years experience required in a similar role

About the role

This is a full-time, supervisory position, with a diverse and interesting workload including vehicle, tractor and equipment maintenance, including mobile servicing and breakdown assistance.

The right candidate will have extensive experience in a Workshop Supervisor or 2IC role. They will exhibit excellent communication skills, have the ability to take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. The candidate will be willing to do a bit of everything in this multi-faceted role in the family-owned business. Experience and knowledge in agricultural machinery, truck or tractor maintenance is a must.

Hours of work: Day Shift Monday to Saturday (optional).

  • Ensure the scheduled servicing requirements are meet and documented
  • Manage the allocation and prioritisation of services and breakdowns

  • Provide on-site training and guidance to junior staff
