About The Role
As a key member of the turnaround team, your LNG industry skills will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, and schedule. This will be a fixed term contract commencing early-May until early-July 2021 and Gladstone locals are strongly encouraged to apply. You will:

As part of the turnaround team, you will work collaboratively with your teammates and other work parties; fostering an inclusive culture where ideas are heard and considered. Ideally you will have:
- Applicable Australian Recognised Trade Qualification – Boilermaker / Mechanical Fitter
- High Risk Work Licence – Forklift and WP – preferred
- Enter confined space qualification – valid within 2 years
- Safe work at heights qualification – valid within 2 years
- Ability to read P&ID’s and associated paperwork
- Where applicable, ability to pass Special Class Welder weld test to ASME IX standard:
- C/S DN50 x 5.54 Butt Weld Full TIG (qualified for Butts, Fillets & attachments – 25mm OD to unlimited thickness – Material P1 to P15 – consumables all F6 – With or without Gas backing [covers Stainless & carbon TIG work])
- C/S 150NB x 12.7 Butt Weld TIG root/MMAW Fill & Cap
- Demonstrated experience in a similar turnaround environment ideally in Oil & Gas (LNG)
- Ability to contribute to a high-preforming team

- A fixed term contract; duration from early-May until early-July with the potential for internal re-engagement across other LNG sites and projects
- There are also fixed term turnaround contracts available for a 2-week duration from mid-June until end-June 2021
