Who we are:

Foslighting is an LED manufacturing company that is based in Salisbury (South Brisbane) and with the growth of our business we are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our production team. We have excellent working conditions with a friendly work environment. 

As we are a high-end LED lighting manufacturer, we expect the right candidate to take pride in their work and accuracy is a must. We work in a clean environment with safety our number one priority. 

Education and Experience Required:

To be considered for this role, you will need to be skilled in metal fabrication as well as drafting. 

A minimum of two years experience in a similar field and hold a certificate 4, or higher, in mental fabrication/welding qualification from a recognised educational provider.

You will need to be competent in English and possess a strong work ethic.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; 

1/ Procuring and purchasing materials and products,

2/ Preparing and designing various light fixtures using programs such as CAD 2D, 3D, Autodesk, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor and Sketch up.

3/Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines. Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears. Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work. 

4/ Product development which includes building/constructing designs with workshop machinery, Mig and Tig welds.

 Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
