The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Functional Consultants (business analyst) Certified in Dynamics 365 F&O, with extensive experience working for an end user and resolving 1st and 2nd level support issues. In this role, you will be part of the in house Dynamics 365 support team, dedicated to supporting and enhancing the D365 F& O platform for approx. 1300 user across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Program Manager and work under the directions and guidance of the Lead Technical Consultant D365 F&O, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with end users and resolving support issues based on the SLAs defined
• Engaging with the D365 F&O developer to investigate and complete root cause analysis on support issues
• Document the changes to the system
• Completing the FDDs and securing business (end user) sign off for customisations/modifications and/or business requirements for reports
• Engaging with the end users and the development team to define acceptance criteria and test cases, for the customisations/modifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong experience working as a functional consultant in Dynamics F& O, functioning as a 1st and 2nd level support consultant
• Current certified D365 F&O functional application areas including but not limiting to finance, supply chain and project operations
• A solid experience in documenting business requirements and preparing Functional Design Document
• Experience writing test cases and working with business users to complete end to end functional and regression testing Experience with SQL Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps & PowerBI
