Are you looking to commence or continue your Parks and Gardens Apprenticeship?

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st or 2nd year Parks and Gardens Apprentice to work with our client who is a leader in the design and construction of high end gardens and maintenance.

With work based in the South Eastern suburbs (Malvern, Toorak area as well as the Peninsula), we are looking for a motivated, committed and reliable person who is wanting to commence or continue their apprenticeship, gaining practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training and a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens. There is a 50/50 split between construction and maintenance jobs.

What will you be doing?

• Garden Maintenance
• Small paving jobs
• Mowing, spraying, slashing, trimming, fertilising & watering
• Planting
• Irrigation
• Digging
• Moving materials

What are we looking for?

• Valid driver's licence and their own transport (options exist to travel with the owner to jobs)
• An ability to undertake heavy, physical work
• Eye for Detail
• Someone punctual and reliable - A good work ethic!
• Someone enthusiastic and energetic
• Certificate II in Horticulture or Certificate II in Building and Construction (highly regarded!)
• A valid white card
