Are you a talented, hard working hairdressing with your own personal flare and the skill to prove it?

This role would be perfect for you! All whilst exploring and seeing the unique life of the outback.

We are seeking a qualified senior hair stylist that could meet the below requirements;

• Hold their qualification/certificate ||| in hairdressing
• Hair styling qualification 2 years’ experience cutting and styling hair in a salon
• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, colouring and styling
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends
• Help maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
• Collect payments for salon services performed
• Be able and willing to follow and learn from our procedures and policies
• Maintain and provide client records and treatment recommendations
• Assist in client bookings and appointment requests
•  Participate in staff meetings and training's.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule

The applicant would need to be able to work well with the team of 5 hairstylist and also independently.

This position closes on the 1st of May 2021 and would be available for full time hours (38 hours)

Mombasa Day Spa and Hair Lounge is registered for the relocation scheme.

Mombasa Day Spa can assist with the relocation cost, along with accommodation for 1 week upon arrival.
