Admiral Mechanical Services Pty Ltd is a privately owned, well established, growing Mechanical Contracting business based in Myaree.

We have a variety of projects that will provide interesting and challenging work. Our contracts principally invoive Airconditioning / Refrigeration / Ventilation systems in the Commercial sector.

Applications are sought from candidates interested in supervising new contracts. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Contracts Manager and work alongside a team of supportive and experienced personnel who are on hand and available for advice.

Your Chief Duties Include

• Order and follow up of labour and equipment to be delivered to site
• Provide effective supervision of tradesmen and subcontractors, and oversee timely arrival of equipment and installation of same.
• Basic overview of job costs
