We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager - for this is a newly created FIFO opportunity on a 2/1 roster from Perth.

This position is responsible for leading the Delta FM team at Telfer with reporting and compliance. You will work within a team of associates and oversee quality controls for positions area of responsibility.

You will be an experienced Maintenance Manager having undertaken responsibility for full project delivery with an exceptional focus. Flexible in your approach, you will be confident and self-assured in dealing with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation

The Key Duties

Manage, coach and support project teams of highly effective, engaged and developing talent to deliver to a consistent, high quality standard across the business with focus on the operational environment.
Engage with suppliers, subcontractors and other resources
Follow company policies and procedures
Inventory Management
Prepare reports for Management
Follow Compass health, safety and security procedures
Promote and maintain Our Safety Culture

The Person

Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager position
Strong facilitation skills and leadership coaching capabilities
Building trade or building licence is preferable but not essential
Asbestos removal licence or training
Experience in demolition or refurbishment
The ability to scope and quote jobs
White Card
Clear National Police clearance
