About Mount Cotton
Currently Mount Cotton is lacking in health and beauty services. Within the complex there is currently a doctor, psychologist, and dentist and we (Fit N Fab Fitness) are next to Chemist Warehouse.

Due to the expansion of Fit N Fab Fitness Wellness Hub, on offer is 4 new purpose built rooms for rent.

About the Shopping Centre
These brand new and built for purpose rental spaces are located at Mt Cotton Central at 14/101 Valley Way, Mount Cotton. 

• The Shopping Centre is the main access for services in Mount Cotton
• It is anchored by the Australia wide award winning IGA
• The Centre draws a large part of the Mount Cotton community into the complex
• There is alot of foot traffic within the Centre
• There are just 4 new rooms available within the Fit N Fab Fitness Wellness Hub
• Currently the Fit N Fab Wellness Hub contains a Personal Training studio, a Physiotherapy room and Remedial Massage therapist room

Rooms Available
There are just 4 new rooms available for hire from June / July 2021. These are

• 3 rooms at 3.5m x 3.0m
• 1 room at 3.0m x 3.0m

These will be allocated on a first come, best suited basis.

Your Unique Opportunity:
The Mount Cotton people are very community oriented. For these services, they must travel to either Victoria Point, Redland Bay or Cornubia / Loganholme. If you become based at Mount Cotton Central you are potentially providing an exclusive service for your industry.

Your area of specialisation could be, but not limited, to: Podiatrist, Pediatrician, Osteopath, Occupational Therapist.
