Relief Branch Assistant
Glanbia Ireland is an ambitious, integrated agri-food and nutrition business, with a diverse portfolio of quality ingredients, leading consumer and agri brands.
Glanbia Ireland owns leading consumer and agri brands such as Avonmore, Kilmeaden Cheese, Millac, Truly Grass Fed, Premier Milk, Wexford, mymilkman.ie, Glanbiaconnect.com, countrylife.ie and GAIN Animal Nutrition.
It processes a milk pool of almost three billion litres from 21 counties and exports high quality dairy and agri ingredients as well as products to over 100 countries. It is the largest buyer and user of Irish grain.
A number of opportunities have arisen for the position of Relief Branch Assistants to provide regional support for our Agri business branches. The roles report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for providing customers with a fast, friendly service within the branch. You will be expected to give all customers immediate and undivided attention, while working with fellow employees to provide the customer with a first class experience. We're currently looking for support in our Windgap and Ballyhale branches, and South Tipperary area.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service
Ensure Yard Stock Control system is maintained
Maintain a clean yard and work environment
Have a neat appearance
Be able to work in the shop as and when needed
Follow all company policies
Key Requirements
Have a friendly outgoing personality & excellent customer service skills.
Possess experience working with people or in a busy environment
Have ability to perform multiple tasks
Have the ability to work in a team and on their own initiative
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
