Operating throughout the Perth region for over five years, RCH Concrete covers residential work from Mandurah to Two Rocks. We are a highly experienced team with over 20 years’ experience in the industry and we have recently experienced an increase in demand for our services.

About The Role

We are seeking a Concreter Apprentice to join our busy team. Ideally, we are seeking someone who is reliable, hardworking, and not afraid of a challenge. This is a great opportunity for someone who is either new to the industry or searching for a new employer to complete their apprenticeship with and learn from a highly experienced team.

Duties Include But Are Not Excluding

• All aspects of the concrete laying process (including digging, raking and trowlling) – starting with simpler tasks and working your way up
• Abiding by workplace health and safety regulations on site
• Working towards completion of the requirements of the trade qualification
  

This is a full-time apprenticeship to be completed over a 24-month period.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be punctual, reliable, and hard working
• Display a willingness to learn and take direction
• Be physically fit due to the amount of manual handling involved in the role
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Possess an enthusiastic attitude towards their work
• Have current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
