You must be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously, and be able to communicate and interact with customers in a professional manner.

Experience in fitting 4WD accessories and/or auto electrical work is essential

The position is a Fulltime role. Ideally, we would like someone who can see themselves with us long-term.

We are a family-owned and operated store, specialising in 4WD accessories and the fitment of roof-rack systems, bullbars, snorkels, dual battery setup, electronic brake controllers, lights and accessories. We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable and multi-talented person to deliver an amazing customer experience in both sales and accessories fitment.

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated individual to join our close-knit team where you will be recognised for your experience and contribution to the business, and feel like a member of the family. Applicants should have relevant previous experience in fitting 4x4 accessories and sales.

The Role Will Involve

(Fitting)

• The role involves fitment non Genuine Off-road Accessories, electronics and suspensions.
• Liaising with customers and the team
• Have prior experience fitting Suspension, Towbars, Bullbars, Snorkels, UHF , Lights and other electrical components such as Brake Controllers and dual battery systems
• Fitment of roof rack systems (RhinoRack)
• General site and workshop maintenance
• Assisting with heavy lifting
  
  

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

• Mechanical/fitment knowledge and experience
• Current industry knowledge and awareness
• High level of safety awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to be responsive to customer and business needs
• Driver license (able to drive a manual vehicle)
  

The successful candidate must be familiar with the 4WD market and possess a genuine interest in furthering their knowledge and experience and working in all parts of the business.
