Your new role

• Receive customer enquiries, identify the items sought and take all necessary steps to procure those items in order to satisfy the customers' requirements in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations in an endeavour to improve the level of customer service and to maximise sales of parts.
• Process incoming supplier invoices on a daily basis to enable jobs to be invoiced.

• Strong Customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent administration skills
