Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Your new role
- Receive customer enquiries, identify the items sought and take all necessary steps to procure those items in order to satisfy the customers' requirements in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations in an endeavour to improve the level of customer service and to maximise sales of parts.
- Process incoming supplier invoices on a daily basis to enable jobs to be invoiced.
- Strong Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent administration skills
