Brighton BMW's facility is located in the heart of Brighton and we are looking for the right people to join our team. One of the roles we are currently seeking is a Technician to report directly to the Workshop Controller and join our award-winning technical team.

Our BMW-trained technicians are committed to providing customers with first-class service, ensuring they build relationships that drive trust and continued service. We strive towards being number 1 and are seeking candidates who are like-minded with our vision.

The Role

  • Detect & diagnose faults in engines & parts
  • Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service (i.e oil changes & lubricants)
  • Provide technical support and training to Service Advisors in relation to translating product issues to customers

What we need from you?

  • Completed Technician Qualification with OEM
  • Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
  • Can do attitude and a willingness to help everyone
  • Direct involvement in delivering customer service excellence
  • Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
  • Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment & contribute to dealership goals/targets
