About the Opportunity

Due to accelerated growth and new upcoming projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our Emerald team.

You will be the first point of contact for our company, trusted to be the integral link for supporting globally renowned major accounts and valued customers within the region. If you consider yourself to be a personable professional with a real passion for providing genuine customer service and project delivery then this is the perfect role for you!

  • Trade Qualified – Minimum Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or related heavy diesel qualifications
  • Leadership – Positively enabling the partnership by actively chasing improvement opportunities and timely resolution of queries
  • Brand Ambassador – Personally connected to promoting Hitachi’s service and parts components to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a high degree of service and support is maintained
